检测微型电机故障方法

1.直观检查：即检查连接点有无变色、电弧灼痕、有无断裂等

2.塞尺检查：测量两个接合面的紧密程度，有间隙为接触不良。

3.电气检查：用双臂电桥测量电机直流电阻，比较历年来的记录，相互差别大为接触不良。

4.紧固螺栓：把所有电气连接点重新紧固，有松动则为接触不良。

5.锤击检查：即用小锤轻敲连接点，听是否有异响
