怎样分辨变频电机的真假

变频电机采用“专用变频感应电动机+变频器”的交流调速方式，使机械自动化程度和生产效率大为提高设备小型化、增加舒适性，目前正取代传统的机械调速和直流调速方案，也正因为它的这些优势使得一些不良商家利用假的变频电机谋取暴利。

现在市场上有许多超低价位的变频电机，根据我们的技术人员现场调研，发现这些电机都是在普通三相异步交流电动机上加了一个风机或直接用普通三相异步交流电动机来冒充变频电机，假变频电机严重影响了用户的设备运行安全以及用户的信誉度。现将真变频电机与假变频电机的区别从以下几个方面进行阐述：

第一、假变频电机都是按恒频恒压设计的，不可能完全适应变频调速的要求；变频电机是根据基频点设计，同时设计时考虑了适合在低频和高频下运行的特性。

第二、假变频电机在设计时主要考虑电机在工频供电下的性能。

第三、假变频电机在结构设计时，一般借用标准结构；变频电机在结构设计时采用专有的结构，充分考虑了机体的刚度，尽力提高其固有频率，以避开与各次力波产生共振现象。

第四、假变频电机设计的绝缘系统适合于B级和F级，而变频电机的绝缘系统适合于变频器或逆变器的供电特性，可以承受高次谐波的冲击。

第五、假变频电机的冷却方式为自扇冷或带风机冷却，自扇冷不能充分满足低速运转时的散热要求，风机冷却的假变频电在设计时由于没有考虑低速时电机的性能，造成电机在低速时温升过高，需要用功率较大的风机进行冷却，增大可风机的能量损耗。
