怎样清洗电动机轴承

由于使用时间太久，被软干油或防锈膏硬化的轴承，应浸在100-200℃的热机油中，用钳子夹住轴承，用毛刷刷干净轴承上的油污。

电动机一般在使用2000小时后应进行清洗和加油。电动机轴承的清洗常用以下两种方法：

一、热油清洗法

由于使用时间太久，被软干油或防锈膏硬化的轴承，应浸在100-200℃的热机油中，用钳子夹住轴承，用毛刷刷干净轴承上的油污。软干油或防锈膏被加热到100-200℃就熔化，很容易从轴承的缝隙中冲刷出去。有时只要将轴承在油内多次摇晃。油污也会从缝隙中流走。

在清洗旧电动机或进口电动机的向心球面轴承时，就应把滚珠、珠架、内环从外环中横向转出后再浸入热油中，短圆柱滚子轴承清洗时也应将滚子、珠架、内环和外环脱开。

在热油清洗时，油的温度不应超过200℃。

二、一般清洗法

把轴承放在煤油中浸泡5-10分钟，一手捏住内环，另一只手转动外环，轴承上的干油或防锈膏就会掉下来。然后将轴承放进较清洁的煤油中，用细软的毛刷刷洗，把滚珠和缝隙内的油污洗净，再放到汽油里清洗1次，取出后放在干净的纸上。向心球面球轴承和短圆柱滚子轴承清洗时应将滚珠、珠架、内环与外环脱开清洗。

装在轴上的轴承的清洗，主要靠淋油或用油枪喷射的方法，容易清洗掉的油污先用煤油后用汽油；难以清洗掉的油污，先用100-200℃的热机油淋洗或油枪喷射，再用汽油清洗。一定要注意不要用锋利的工具刮轴承上结硬的油垢或锈蚀，以免损坏轴承滚动体和槽环部位的光洁度，洗净的轴承用干净的布擦干即可。
