拆卸电机之前应首先拔开电机与控制器的引线，此时一定要记录下电机引线颜色与控制器引线颜色的一一对应关系。

一、电机的拆卸　　

拆卸电机之前应首先拔开电机与控制器的引线，此时一定要记录下电机引线颜色与控制器引线颜色的一一对应关系。打开电机端盖之前应清洁工作场地，以防止杂物被吸附在电机内的磁钢上。做好端盖与轮毂相对位置的标记。注意：一定要对角松动螺钉，以免电机外壳变形。　　

电机转子与定子的径向间隙叫做气隙（空气间隙），一般电机的气隙在0.25-0.8mm之间，当拆卸完电机排除了电机故障之后，一定要对原来的端盖记号进行装配，这样可以防止二次装配后的扫膛现象。　　

二、电机内齿轮的润滑　　

如果有刷有齿轮毂电机与无刷有齿轮毂电机运行的噪音开始变大，或者更换了电机内的齿轮，应将齿轮所有齿面涂满润滑脂，一般使用3号润滑脂或厂家指定的润滑油。　　

三、电机的组装

在组装有刷电机之前，请检查刷握里面弹簧的弹性，检查炭刷与刷握是否有碰擦，检查炭刷在刷握里是否能达到最大行程，注意炭刷与换相器的正确定位，以免卡坏炭刷或刷握。
